Mais ist wärmeliebend und hungrig nach Stickstoff. Lege ab Mitte Mai bei einem Reihenabstand von 60 cm alle 10 cm ein Korn in die Erde. Nach der Keimung kannst Du auf 30 cm vereinzeln. Vor der Aussaat kannst Du die Körner etwa 12 Stunden lang in Wasser legen. Bedenke, dass Mais hoch wächst und dementsprechend benachbarte Reihen unerwünscht schattieren kann.
