A glance at the bizarre trunk of the plant reveals where the desert rose originally came from. Hardened by the hot, dry climate of the steppes of Africa and Asia, Adenium obesum is able to live without water for a long time if necessary. Nevertheless, the dog poison plant is anything but boring, it impresses with a dark green foliage and a fascinating flowering flora. In our latitudes, the desert rose is still relatively unknown, but it is a very robust and easy-care indoor plant.
The desert rose is a very rich and fantastically beautiful flowering plant for a warm greenhouse or conservatory, room culture in a bright window is also very possible. Adenum obesum, with its approximately 5 cm long elliptical flowers, is very easy to grow and maintain and comes from the arid areas of East Africa. Draw with the desert rose a still largely unknown, belonging to the succulents beauty.
The seeds must therefore logically be sold as a "mix of different colors" because the flower color is only partially inherited from the mother plant. So it's a real surprise mix.

Die Adenium Obesum ( Wüstenrose ) Samen beziehen wir immer frisch aus Thailand .
Die Samen keimen am Besten in sehr warmer Umgebung und an einem sehr hellen Standort .
Zum keimen ist ein Minigewächshaus vorteilhaft , aber es reicht auch die Samen mit Folie abzudecken . Das einfachste ist die Samen in Küchenpapier legen , einschlagen und anfeuchten und in einen Frühstücksbeutel verschließen . Zwei bis drei Tage auf die Heizung oder in die Sonne fertig . Zwischendurch immer mal schauen und Samen die keimen entnehmen und diese schon mit der Wurzel in die Erde .
